Our Terms of Service outline the expectations, responsibilities, and policies that guide every Barwash experience. By booking with us, you agree to the standards that protect both our team and our clients, ensuring a smooth, consistent, and high-quality service every time.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Barwash Mobile Detailing (“Barwash,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all detailing services, bookings, subscriptions, transactions, and digital interactions between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Barwash.
By booking, subscribing to, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with booking.
Barwash operates as a mobile automotive detailing service throughout the Houston Metropolitan area, primarily in the northern Houston region.
2. Scope of Services
Barwash provides mobile interior and exterior vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:

Maintenance detailing

Full detailing
-
Deep interior cleaning
-
Paint enhancement services
-
Specialty or custom requests
-
Service offerings, pricing, and availability are subject to change.
Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, level of contamination, pet hair, stains, excessive soil, biohazard risk, or specialty requests.
Barwash reserves the right to decline service for unsafe conditions, biohazards, or vehicles that require restoration beyond standard detailing.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service, prior to or immediately upon completion of service. Payments may be automatically garnished at the completion of services rendered. Tips to technicians are optional, not required, and can be rendered via digital payment or cash.
All service payments must be completed through the approved Barwash payment system (online invoice, subscription platform, or authorized payment processor).
Subscription services (e.g., Weekly Refresh) are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with the Subscription Policy.
Barwash reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services for:

Incomplete payment

Inaccurate booking information

Unsafe service conditions
-
Service area limitations
In the event your appointment is canceled due to service limitations, your deposit will be refunded.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may receive a full refund of any refundable deposit.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the total service value.
No-shows, inaccessible vehicles, or cancellations after technician arrival will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
Subscription clients must provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to renewal for cancellation requests. If cancellation is made within 7 days of payment, the subscription will be cancelled after the upcoming payment.
Deposits for custom consultations, specialty services, or ceramic coatings are non-refundable once consultation work has begun.
5. Service Requirements & Client Obligations
Clients must ensure:

Safe and legal access to the vehicle

Adequate space for mobile service (minimum 4 feet around vehicle)

Access to electricity and water supply (unless otherwise agreed)

Vehicle is free from weapons or hazardous materials
Barwash technicians will not:

Remove child safety seats without prior consent

Move excessively heavy cargo or personal storage
-
Detail vehicles containing biohazardous waste
-
Perform mechanical repairs of any kind
Clients are responsible for removing valuables, cash, firearms, and sensitive personal items before service.
Barwash is not responsible for lost or damaged unsecured items.
Additional charges may apply for:

Excessive pet hair
-
Heavy staining
-
Mold or smoke remediation
-
Excessive trash removal
-
Oversized vehicles not disclosed during booking
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a concern, both parties agree to first engage in good-faith communication to seek resolution.
If a matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under Texas law.
Arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas, and each party shall bear its own costs.
Clients wishing to contest a charge must submit written notice within three (3) business days of the service date.
Barwash will review disputes on a case-by-case basis and provide a written response within ten (10) business days.
By accepting these Terms, you waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or jury trials.
7. Limitation of Liability
Barwash exercises reasonable care and professional standards in performing detailing services. However, by booking service, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
General Limitation
Barwash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, business interruption, or lost income.
Pre-Existing Conditions
Barwash is not responsible for:

Pre-existing paint defects
-
Clear coat failure
-
Interior wear, cracking, fading, or dye transfer
-
Electronic malfunctions
-
Loose trim or aftermarket installations
Normal detailing processes (including steam, extraction, polishing, or pressure washing) may reveal hidden defects not previously visible.
Service Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied, you must notify Barwash within 24 hours of service completion for review. A re-service evaluation is the sole remedy for dissatisfaction.
Liability Cap
Barwash’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Privacy & Data Handling
Barwash collects personal information solely for scheduling, communication, and payment processing.
We do not sell, rent, or share customer data with third parties outside of necessary payment processors or booking platforms.
All information is stored in accordance with industry-standard security practices.
9. Amendments
Barwash reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time.
Updated Terms will be reflected on the official Barwash booking platform or website.
